// TL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
Join a 10-week fellowship where you'll build and ship real AI agents with full engineering support and TextLayer Core access. No theory, no fluff — just focused time to create something that matters.
Apply nowA 10-week program for exceptional developers building production AI agents and MCPs. We provide funding, engineering support, and access to TextLayer Core — our battle-tested framework that powers enterprise AI deployments. This isn't an incubator or bootcamp. It's focused support for builders who ship.
TextLayer Core has quietly powered enterprise AI deployments for months. Now we're opening it up because we know that breakthrough AI applications often come from individual developers exploring problems that no one else has tackled yet.
Our bet is simple: Give exceptional builders access to production-grade infrastructure and see what happens.
Fellows commit to sharing their journey through 2-3 blog posts and a public demo of their work. We believe building in public makes everyone better.
We want builders who ship. If you've been waiting for the right infrastructure to build that AI agent or tool you've been thinking about, this is it.
Your application should include:
We're not looking for perfect applications or polished pitches. We're looking for builders with interesting ideas and the drive to make them real.
TextLayer Core is the infrastructure that removes the painful parts of building AI agents. Instead of wrestling with deployment, scaling, and reliability, you get a production-ready backend from day one. Think of it as the missing layer between your ideas and real-world AI applications — handling the complex stuff so you can focus on building.
Tell us what you want to build and why it matters. The best ideas solve real problems or explore genuinely new territory. Show us how you think about AI agents and what's possible.
You should be comfortable working independently with APIs, Python/JavaScript, and AI tools. We're not looking for perfection — just evidence you can figure things out and ship code.
Show us what you've made. GitHub repos, demos, prototypes, side projects — we want to see that you finish what you start, even if it's scrappy.
Part of the fellowship is building in public. You'll document your process, share learnings, and contribute to a community of builders exploring what's next in AI.
